Brita filters: a worthwhile investment?

I love the gustatory modality of Brita water. But I may merely like the pitcher's minimalist design, and the convenience of pouring cool h2o directly from my fridge (I generally don't put water ice in my water, so the h2o I beverage from the tap at home is tepid). Does anyone find a deviation in regular tap h2o vs. Brita water? And, at $35 for a pitcher and $6+ for each replacement filter, is it worth information technology?

I live in Florida where tap h2o is disgusting. I've used both the bullpen and faucet attachments for Brita and Pür and I've plant that there are very picayune taste differences between brands and styles. They both better the water quality equally, still the Pür faucet zipper with the bluish (premium) filter has been the best. And then yes, a filter improves my water quality and I refuse to alive without one.

As an OK resident, I concur with this. if there'southward really hard water in your area, Brita filters really pay off. I dear non tasting all the damn minerals. Plus, the water in my region has a lot of sulfer in it. It really tastes like ass when not filtered.
